With 15 years dedicated to various sales and account management roles, she has honed her expertise in driving business success through strategic client engagement. Additionally, Kathy has spent the last 10 years in learning and development, focusing on both global and U.S. markets. Holding an undergraduate degree in psychology and management, Kathy is particularly interested in the behavioral components that contribute to effective selling. Her recent initiatives have centered on leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance traditional sales training methodologies, as well as developing comprehensive account management curricula that deliver measurable business results. Kathy's unique blend of experience and education positions her as a leader in the intersection of sales and learning development in the pharmaceutical sector.

Matthew Hooper

Associate Director of Customer Engagement, CVR Learning & Development at Bayer

Matt joined Bayer in 2021 for the launch of Kerendia, selling in the Akron, OH, Specialty territory for three and a half years. He became a Field Sales Trainer in 2023 and was promoted to the Learning and Development (L&D) team in October 2024. He has since been part of the new hire training group and worked with his partners to implement the AI Certification process for Kerendia before the launch of a new indication in July of this year. Matt has been in the pharmaceutical industry for 15 years, serving as a rep, mentor, trainer, and team leader.
