Field AI

Commercial Intelligence and Coaching From Every Field Interaction

Field AI measures and improves the quality of field execution in the flow of work, with an AI coach in every rep's pocket before, during, and after the HCP conversation.

Trusted by the world's largest pharmaceutical companies

A day in the field with Field AI: the brief before the call, notes with the HCP's consent during it, a CRM-ready note after, and coaching on what to do differently next time.

Why Field AI

The Commercial Data Your CRM Doesn't Capture

Your CRM can tell you who met with whom, when the call happened, and what the rep logged afterward. It was never designed to measure whether the strategy was executed, which messages resonated with healthcare providers (HCPs), which objections came up, or where your field team needs support.

Field AI fills in that blank. From every visit it produces the part of the record the CRM never had: which approved messages the rep delivered, which objections came up and how she handled them, and how the HCP responded, all assessed against the criteria your reps already certify on.

That signal connects what your reps prepare and certify against with what happens in the field, becomes actionable commercial intelligence for the people who lead them, and returns to the CRM as a structured note when the visit is over. The CRM knows the record. Field AI knows the rep.

System of Record

What Your CRM Already Knows

Who the HCP is: account, contact, territory, affiliations
What happened: calls logged, samples, emails, consent
What they prescribe: script and market data
What's approved: MLR-cleared content and messaging

System of Intelligence

What Field AI Adds

How this rep performs, by message, methodology, and skill
How they handle a real objection, under pressure
What they've practiced, been coached on, and still haven't landed
How the HCP responded: resonance scored from the conversation
Compliant feedback and the next thing to work on
Field AI reads from and writes to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Veeva: the brief draws on the record, and the structured note returns to it.

What It Unlocks

Every Field Interaction Makes the Organization Smarter

Field AI helps reps walk into each visit prepared and leave with clear guidance on what to improve next. The same workflow produces a structured CRM note and turns field interactions into signals that inform training, certification, and commercial strategy while they are still actionable. Coverage extends to every rep and every cycle, not only where a manager is able to observe directly.

For Reps

A Coach in Your Pocket

A pre-call brief built for the visit, not a generic form
Voice practice on the likely objection, minutes before the conversation
A CRM-ready note to review and submit in one tap, so admin time goes back to selling
A private debrief after every call, and one practice rep on the moment that needs it

For Training Teams

Objective Field Visibility

See whether the behaviors and messages reps certified on show up in real conversations
Real objection trends become the next practice and certification scenarios
Field coaching runs on the same criteria as training, so nothing is lost in translation

For Commercial Leaders

Coverage on Every Rep, Every Cycle

Message pull-through visible while the launch window is still open
Managers spend their time on the specific moments where reps need support
Execution signals that connect training investment to field behavior and outcomes

How Field AI Works

Before, During, and After Every Visit

One governed workflow follows your rep through the day. Each step feeds the next, and every step is assessed against the same criteria your reps already practice and certify against.

01 · Prepare

A Pre-Call Brief Built for the Visit Ahead

Every morning begins with a custom brief tailored the rep and visit

Before the conversation, your rep opens a brief that carries the strategic goal, the approved focus message, and the objections most likely to come up. It draws on your approved messaging and on the rep's own practice history, so it knows where they are strong and where they tend to drift. There is no generic form to fill out, only a plan for the conversation they are about to have.

02 · Practice on the Go

Voice Practice Before Every Visit

Reps use their voice to ask Field AI a question, quiz themselves on the data, or run a quick tailored AI roleplay before the HCP interaction.

In the parking lot, minutes before it counts, your rep runs the objection they are about to hear. Ninety seconds of practice, scored against the same criteria they certified on, so the answer they give in the room is the one that has already landed once today.

03 · AI Note-Taking

Compliant Notes and a CRM-Ready Draft

With HCP consent, note-taking is scoped to your approved messages and behaviors

When the visit ends, a compliant CRM-ready note is drafted and waiting: products discussed, key messages delivered, objections raised, next actions, open commitments.

The rep reviews it, edits what she wants, and submits through one automated workflow. Reps stop reconstructing calls from memory, and managers stop chasing status.

04 · Improve

Feedback on the Meeting You Actually Had

After the interaction, reps get a personalized debrief against your defined expectations, then targeted guidance and practice on the moments that need it.

This is the part most reps never get. The debrief shows what landed, what drifted, and what to practice before the next visit, and Field AI follows it with a practice rep on that exact moment while it is still fresh. The debrief is the rep's own; who else sees what is your call, and you set it in the governance controls below.

05 · Inform

The Intelligence Your CRM Was Missing

Every visit adds to one clear picture of how your strategy is landing in the field.

Field AI scores every interaction against the same criteria your reps certify on. That makes the results comparable across reps, districts, and quarters. Objection trends, methodology adherence, HCP resonance, and message pull-through roll up into a single view for training, commercial, marketing, and compliance teams.

You see it while it still matters. When a new objection starts spreading, you know that week, not at quarter end. Commercial leaders see whether the launch message is getting through while the launch window is still open. Training sees which scenario to build next. Managers see which reps need coaching, and on what.

Where Note-Taking Isn't Approved

The Same CRM Note Without In-Meeting Capture

Some organizations won't approve note-taking during the interaction. Some HCPs won't consent. Field AI works either way.

Immediately after the visit, the rep talks through the conversation with Field AI, and it drafts the same structured CRM note for review and submission. Same note standard. Same debrief. Same practice on the moment that needs work. Nothing is captured while the HCP is in the room.

You choose the path per team, per brand, or per market, and the performance signal that reaches training and commercial leaders looks the same on both.

For Regulated Field Teams

Built for Regulated Environments, Not Adapted From Horizontal AI

Field AI is governed for regulated field teams: configurable visibility, customer-defined criteria and exemplars, MLR-aware controls, pharma-grade security, and a fine-tuned private model built for regulated environments.

Consent

Consent-First Note-Taking

HCP consent is captured before note-taking begins, with an explicit on/off toggle in the rep's hand. Notes are scoped to your approved messages and behaviors, not open-ended transcription. What persists is the structured note in your CRM.

Your Definition of Good

Your Criteria and Exemplars

Your team sets the criteria and exemplars. Field AI assesses every interaction against your standard, the same one your reps certify against. The AI doesn't invent the rubric.

Visibility You Configure

Individual, Cohort, or Both

You decide what managers and trainers see, and at what level. Give reps a private debrief and give leaders team-level patterns, or extend individual visibility where your program calls for it.

Governance Built In

Pharma-Grade From the Model Up

A fine-tuned private model with an MLR-aware governance layer and pharma-grade security. SOC 2 Type II. Your data stays within your environment and is never identifiable to another organization.

The Questions We Hear Most

What Is Field AI?
Field AI is a capability of Quantified, the AI Sales Coaching Platform for life sciences and regulated commercial teams. It measures and improves the quality of field execution in the flow of work: a mobile pre-call brief tailored to the rep, HCP, and visit; voice practice before the conversation; AI note-taking with HCP consent that drafts a CRM-ready note; a personal debrief after the call; and aggregate execution intelligence for training, commercial, marketing, and compliance teams.
Does Field AI Record HCP Conversations?
Only with the HCP's consent, and only where your organization has approved it. AI note-taking is scoped to your approved messages and behaviors rather than open-ended transcription. The rep controls it with an explicit on/off toggle, and what persists is the structured, rep-reviewed note. Where in-meeting note-taking isn't approved, the rep debriefs with Field AI immediately after the visit and gets the same CRM note and the same coaching.
What If Our Compliance Team Won't Allow AI in the Room?
Field AI works without it. Right after the visit, the rep talks through the conversation with Field AI, which drafts a structured CRM note for review and submission and delivers the same debrief and practice. You get the same note standard and the same performance signal without capturing anything during the HCP interaction. You can set the path per team, per brand, or per market.
What Happens to the Audio and the Transcript?
Audio is used to produce the scoped note and the rep's debrief and is not retained afterward. What persists is the structured note in your CRM and the performance signals scored against your criteria. Retention, access, and escalation policies are configurable to your requirements, and your data stays within your environment and is never identifiable to another organization.
What Goes Into the CRM Note?
Structured fields, not free text: products discussed, key messages delivered, objections raised and how they were handled, next actions, and open commitments. The rep reviews and can edit every field before it is submitted. Constrained fields keep the note consistent across the team and reduce the free-text risk your compliance team worries about.
Can Managers See Individual Reps' Calls?
That is your decision. Visibility is configurable: individual, cohort, or both. You can give reps a private debrief while managers and trainers see team-level patterns, or extend individual visibility where your coaching program calls for it. Quantified does not decide this for you.
Does Field AI Work With Our CRM?
Yes. Field AI reads from and writes to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Veeva. The pre-call brief draws on the account record, and the structured, rep-reviewed note returns to the CRM for the rep to submit, so reps do not have to remember to enter notes manually and managers do not have to chase status. Talk to us about your CRM environment early so implementation can be scoped to it.
Is Field AI a Separate Product?
No. Field AI is a capability of the Quantified AI Sales Coaching Platform. It uses the same approved content, criteria, and scoring that reps practice and certify against, so coaching in the field is continuous with training rather than a second system with a second rubric.
What Devices Does Field AI Run On?
Reps use Field AI on iPad and iPhone. Training and commercial leaders see execution intelligence in the Quantified web platform.
How Is Field AI Different From Call Recording or Conversation Intelligence Tools?
Field AI starts with coaching. Reps prepare and practice before the visit, get a debrief and targeted practice after it, and everything is assessed against the criteria your team defined and your reps certified on. Note-taking is one step in that loop, scoped to approved messages and behaviors, with a path that works even when nothing is captured in the room. Recording is not the product. Better execution on the next call is.
When Is Field AI Available?
Field AI is in beta and scheduled for release in Q4 2026. Request a demo to see it and to talk through timing for your team.
