Noah Zandan
CEO & CO-FOUNDER
Noah is the CEO and co-founder of Quantified, and a pioneer in applying behavioral science and AI to elevate human performance. Under Noah’s leadership, Quantified has become the global standard for developing people’s ability to thrive and excel professionally in a society where extraordinary skill development opens the doors to influence, connection, and success. Noah is a best-selling author of Insights into Influence and he has delivered main-stage TED and TED-Ed Talks with over 20 million views. Noah formerly specialized in quantitative analysis on Wall Street for Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank, and for Private Equity firm Brentwood Associates. He has an Economics degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Erik Huddleston
EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBER
Eric is an active Board Member and leads our GTM strategy at Quantified. He is currently the CEO of Aprimo, a marketing automation company. He was previously the CEO of media analytics firm TrendKite, leading the company through a successful acquisition by Cision PR where he then served as President. Erik is an expert in early-stage company growth, go-to-market strategies, product development, and operational leadership. Before leading TrendKite, he ran Product for Sprinklr after the merger with Social analytics firm Dachis Group. Erik studied at the University of Texas at Austin in the Plan II Honors Program.
Peter Zandan, Ph.D.
EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN / CHIEF DATA SCIENTIST / CO-FOUNDER
Peter leads our data science efforts at Quantified. He is an entrepreneur and expert in the field of data science and analytics. Peter is an investor, board member, and executive advisor to numerous for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, and serves as Global Vice Chairman of Hill & Knowlton Communications Firm. Peter founded and was CEO of Intelliquest, a publicly-traded information firm. He also founded and was CEO of Zilliant, a pricing analytics firm. Peter has a Ph.D. in Evaluation Research and an MBA from the University of Texas, Austin.
Charla Kunkel
VP OF ENGINEERING
Charla leads engineering development at Quantified, including our software platform, security, and artificial intelligence, and machine learning delivery. She brings over 20 years of experience in building SaaS software, enterprise analytics, and AI software. Before Quantified, Charla was Managing Director at Charles Schwab responsible for authentication for all of Schwab's lines of business, and held engineering leadership positions at Sogeti, Frog, Bluefly, and Dell.
Russ Somers
VP OF MARKETING
Russ leads marketing for Quantified. He brings over 20 years of experience in marketing business-to-business SaaS products across a variety of industries. Before Quantified, Russ was the CMO of Lytho and VP of Marketing at TrustRadius, TrendKite (acquired by Cision), sonarDesign, and Invodo (acquired by CoCreativ). Russ' earlier roles were in product marketing, pricing, and analytics at Dun & Bradstreet, Dell, and Sabre Holdings.
Hallie Lynch
VP OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Hallie brings over 10 years of experience in services, account, and relationship management across industries. Prior to joining Quantified, Hallie was in the Private Bank of J.P. Morgan. She loves working with executives, enterprises, and organizations to develop leadership and behavioral skills for today's business environment and workforce expectations. Hallie has a BA in English from Princeton University, and an MBA from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business.
John McGrew
VP OF REVENUE
John brings over a decade of experience leading customer success and customer support teams to Quantified and our customers. He is sharply focused on ensuring enterprise clients realize convincing value and ROI. John most recently launched customer success at Accruent and Club OS. He holds a B.S. from TCU and an MBA from Arizona State University.
