About Quantified

Quantified.ai is an AI Sales Coaching Platform that helps regulated commercial teams improve performance through realistic AI Roleplay, personalized guidance, and measurable skill development. Readiness AI prepares teams before they enter the field and supports tenured reps who need to master new information and product launches, while Field AI supports reps in the flow of work with pre-call preparation, compliant AI note-taking, CRM-ready summaries, and post-interaction guidance. Personalized in-person coaching works, but it's hard to scale across large teams. Quantified solves that challenge for regulated industries like life sciences and financial services by making practice, coaching, and performance improvement continuous, scalable, and measurable.

Recent recognition includes one of the 50 fastest growing private AI companies in the 2026 Inc. 5000, a finalist in the Cool Tool awards in the AI Category, and Austin Inno's 50 on Fire finalist. Our CEO, Noah Zandan, was named one of the Top 25 innovators in the field of Influence by Holmes Report and has TED talks with over 20M views.

Quantified is a remote-first organization with a home base in Austin, TX. Our board members include industry leaders Erik Huddleston (Trendkite and Aprimo), Peter Zandan (Zilliant and Intelliquest), and Thomas Babcock (VC investor from Trestle Partners), and we are backed by prominent institutional and angel investors.

Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to level up our product as we enter the next phase of growth. An integral part of our team, you will have a strong voice on our roadmap. You will gain a deep understanding of our customers and ICP to solve a suite of stakeholder needs. We leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to drive our decisions.

As an early stage company, we are looking for a PM comfortable working on projects in a variety of stages of development. You will have the opportunity to inform the direction of the product and collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience. This role reports directly to the VP of Product and plays a key role in defining our PM discipline as we scale.

We're looking for someone with prior experience working on an AI product as a generalist at a start-up, is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about collaborating on a platform leveraging the latest technologies. You should have experience working with AI tools and are equally adept at going deep on an integration as you are thinking through the edge cases of user experience.

Compensation range: $155,000 - $195,000, and equity

Key responsibilities

  • Own critical parts of Quantified's platform end-to-end from discovery through launch and ongoing iteration.
  • Evaluate, prototype, and champion AI tools and techniques to design intelligent, data-driven features that enhance the customer experience while maintaining usability and trust.
  • Translate customer insights and market signals into actionable product priorities that align with company goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience to define problems, explore solutions, and deliver features that drive adoption and engagement.
  • Leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions.
  • Define clear success metrics and drive accountability for results across cross-functional teams.
  • Balance short-term delivery with long-term vision, ensuring the product remains innovative, reliable, and differentiated.
  • Stay curious and hands-on, experimenting with new technologies, AI tools, and design patterns that can enhance product capability or efficiency.
  • Comfortable operating without a fully built-out process, but creating the process for cross-functional success.

Challenges that make the job interesting

  • Rapidly experiment with new AI technologies to adopt both in our platform and in our product processes
  • A growing customer base with high expectations
  • Applying new technology in a way that is both intuitive and innovative

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of product management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adhere to deadlines, and iterate quickly in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to translate customer problems into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
  • Technical fluency: comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and trade-offs with engineers.
  • Has personally shipped AI-powered features or products, not just used AI tools day-to-day
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, able to distill complex information for diverse audiences (executives, sales, customers, engineers).
  • Deep empathy for customers and a bias toward action and outcomes, not just process
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats at a small or early-stage company

  • 401k plan
  • Remote-first organization with Open PTO
