CEO & Co-founder
Noah is the CEO and co-founder of Quantified, and a pioneer in applying behavioral science to elevate human performance. Under Noah’s leadership, Quantified has become the global standard for developing people’s ability to thrive and excel professionally in a society where extraordinary communication opens the doors to influence, connection, and success. Noah is a best-selling author of Insights into Influence and he has delivered main-stage TED and TED-Ed Talks with over 15 million views. Noah formerly specialized in quantitative analysis on Wall Street for Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank, and for Private Equity firm Brentwood Associates. He has an Economics degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Executive Chairman / Chief Data Scientist
Peter leads our data science efforts at Quantified Communications. He is an entrepreneur and expert in the field of data science and analytics. Peter is an investor, board member and executive advisor to numerous for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. and serves as Global Vice Chairman of Hill & Knowlton Communications Firm. Peter founded and was CEO of Intelliquest, a publicly traded information firm. He also founded and and CEO of Zilliant. Peter has a Ph.D. in Evaluation Research and an MBA from University of Texas, Austin.
Eric is an active Board Member at Quantified Communications. He was previously the CEO of media analytics firm TrendKite, leading the company through a successful acquisition by Cision PR where he then served as President. Erik is an expert in early-stage company growth, go-to-market strategies, product development, and operational leadership. Before leading TrendKite, he ran Product for Sprinklr after the merger with Social analytics firm Dachis Group. Erik studied at the University of Texas at Austin in the Plan II Honors Program.
Mark is a senior business development, communication and, strategy leader with a unique breadth of global, cross-cultural experience. His career spans life sciences, healthcare and, consumer goods, in leading organizations, including Novartis, Procter & Gamble and the NHS. A truly global executive with 20+ years’ international experience covering corporate and product communications, digital communications, advocacy, public affairs, crisis management, brand strategy, and marketing. Mark was previously a member of Novartis’ global Pharma Executive Committee, leading the Global Pharma Communications and Advocacy function, and is in his second term on the UK National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence’s appeal panel. Mark holds degrees in Medicine and Pharmacology from the University of Manchester and studied business at Manchester Business School.
Hallie brings over 10 years of experience in account and relationship management across industries. Prior to joining QC, Hallie was in the Private Bank of J.P. Morgan. She loves working with executives and organizations to develop leadership and communication skills for today's business environment and workforce expectations. The result is leaders who are able to increase engagement, collaboration, and innovation amongst their employees and key audiences. Hallie has a BA in English from Princeton University, and an MBA from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business.
VP, Product and AI
John leads product, data, and AI at Quantified, including our artificial intelligence and machine learning platform. He brings over 20 years of experience in building enterprise analytics and AI software. Before Quantified, John was the VP of Product at Gro Intelligence, VP of Data Platform and Product at Trendkite (acquired by Cision) and held product leadership positions at Sprinklr, Dachis Group, and was the Executive Director of the Cyc Foundation.
Director, Customer Success
John brings over a decade of experience leading customer success and customer support teams to Quantified and our customers. He is sharply focused on ensuring enterprise clients realize convincing value and ROI. John most recently launched customer success at Accruent and Club OS. He holds a B.S. from TCU and an MBA from Arizona State University.
Rich leads engineering development at Quantified, including our software platform, and artificial intelligence and machine learning delivery. He brings over 20 years of experience in building enterprise analytics and AI software. Before Quantified, Rich was the VP of engineering at Wisegate (acquired by 451) and held engineering leadership positions at Rackspace, IronStratus (acquired by Gemalto) and QuickArrow (acquired by Netsuite).
